Food grade grease for equipment

The grease FORABIO with food grade H1 was tested on a filling and packaging machine of the ARM brand of the FASA company. During the tests, this lubricant was used to treat the rubbing parts of the machine, such as: piston, sleeve, dispenser slider. During operation, no signs of wear were recorded in the product squeezed out of the dispenser slider (the oil was without inclusions).

After washing the machine, no signs of wear were noticed on the rubbing parts. Also, this lubricant is not washed off with warm water and remains on the surface of rubbing parts for a long time during operation. As a result of the tests carried out, I consider the use of FORABIO grease with food grade H1, from the company "LLC Vlodforum" on this machine possible (meets the stated requirements).

The graese is used in the units of the INA — 115 packing machine. In the rolling bearings of the vibrator block, the self—centering bearing of the connecting rod of the vibrator, the tilting block are plain bearings.

When using ForaBio grease, there is a decrease in vibration and noise levels, resistance to washing out with water and detergents."
